The objekt of research: a regional market of housing real estate. The purpose: grounds of the theoretical principles, a groundwork of the methodical and applied recommendations about rice of effectiveness for a function of the regional market of housing real estate on the base of a refinement in the process of the price forming with a goal to guarantee of an admittance a house for the people of a region. The methods: dialectical, of a logical generalization, of an analysis, of a comparison, of a synthesis, of a statistical analysis: for the average and relative sizes, of a corelation analysis, of a index analysis. The novelty: proposed a differentical approach to the forming and the realization of regional politics of the price forming on the market of housing real estate, which is based on a balance of the price asymetry of house objects and is directed on the rice of a level of their access for the people.
