Stryzheus L. The forming of the regional policy of the socially-oriented development of the economy

Object of the investigation: processes of socially oriented development of an economy of a region. Aim of the investigation: to give proofs of scientific basics of the formation and implementation of the regional policy of socially oriented development of an economy. Methods: system approach, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, generalization, statistical analysis, regression and correlation analysis, method of comparison, systematization, problem and target method, method of organizational modelling, management system segmentation. Novelty: an approach to choose the type of a regional policy of socially oriented development of an economy based on matrix method is proposed. The method takes into account the level of a social and economic development and the level of social security of the region that made it possible to find individual approach to solve the problem of social and economic development of the regions taking their specific character into consideration. Implementation: by Lutsk National Technical University in researching the themes: "Mechanisms for implementation of a stable development policy of the region", "Mechanisms for increasing of the competitiveness of the regions of Ukraine", and by Head Economic Department of Volyn Region Administration.
