Research objects - processes, taking place on interphase surfaces: adsorption phenomena during crystal growth, processes of forming of thin films from liquid and gas phase, processes of structure forming of the interphase border during directional solidification. The purpose of the thesis is to reveal mechanisms of the surface phenomena during crystallization and description of forming of crystals surfaces. Investigation methods - kinetic Monte Carlo modeling and numerical solution of diffusion problems by the method of net functions. The nature of the effect of the improvement of adhesion to the substrate a triple melt with the active second and inactive third components was exposes. It was found out, that contact angles of growing small drops depend on the size of drops and on the intensity of the flow of the matter. The lower border of periodicity of regular cellular structures was determined. Application spheres are training courses, surface physics investigations.
