Object: the process of regional governance in social care and health care. Objective: to develop theoretical and methodological provisions of social assistance for low-income population and health development through the application econometrical modeling. Methods: methods of theoretical generalizations, statistical methods, in particular groupings, comparisons, graphical and tabular methods, comparative analysis, methods of economic analysis, forecasting of economic indicators, logical analysis. Developed: the system of forecasting of the number of places in residential homes for elderly citizens and disabled persons, the number of persons in residential institutions. Improved: scientific and methodological approaches to the analysis econometrical growth of construction products for the possibility of providing funds to social security and health. Introduced: the system of basic health indicators of the population. Sphere of use: regional authorities, higher education institutions.
