Essay

Dissertation is devoted the decision of question of forming of magnetically-abrasive instrument for treatment of drills in the conditions of large magnetic slots. The analysis of the state of researches is conducted on application of magnetically-abrasive treatment (MAT) for upgrading surface of details.Efficiency of processes magnetically abrasive treatment of details determined largely the terms of forming and conduct powder-like magnetically abrasive instrument, by properties magnetically abrasive powders, by the degree of filling of workings areas of machine-instruments for MAT. The terms of forming magnetically of abrasive powder in an instrument substantially depend on speed of MAT, form of particles of powder, their size, magnetic, триботехнических and реологических properties.The model of process of MAT is developed for upgrading surface of detail. The methods of researches of properties and forming features are developed powder-like magnetically abrasive instrument for MAT of spiral drills. It has been investigated influence of introduction of lubricating-cooling fluid in powder-like magnetically abrasive instrument, formed on the basis of powders of different kind on descriptions of MAT and tri-bological and rheological properties of MAI. It has been investigated of feature of basing and moving of wares of the complicated configuration in the process of MAT. Experimental researches of influence of MAT are conducted on changing of form, sizes of the processed instrument, and also feature of contact co-operation MAI with the processed surface, namely influence of form, sizes of particles and type magnetically abrasive powder at introduction of lubricating-cooling fluid of various nature and properties.It is in-process rotined that for avoidance of the critical dulling of cutting edge it is necessary during MAT, that a vector of speed of drill at its motion magnetic bath was between tangents to the front and back surfaces, that a drill must be revolved in relation to the ax.On the basis of the conducted researches it is developed recommendation from the choice of form magnetic slot of type as circular bath, magnetically abrasive powder, lubricating-cooling fluid and modes of treatment for the increase of quality of spiral drills at MAT.
