Essay

The object ? processes of lipid metabolism in the tissues of mature full-grown bees, depending upon the season and age and during suffering from nosematosis. The aim - to clarify the course of biochemical proc-esses in the tissues of nectariferous bees under the influence of alimentary influence and during suffering from nosematos. Work out the recommendations as to the improvement of wintering of bee families. Methods - physiological-biochemical, zootechnical, histological, statistical. Novelty -for the first time it was studied the fatly acid con-tent of bee pollen of the Carpathian bees on different levels of larva development under conditions of Western Ukraine region. For the first time there was studied the peculiarities of lipid and fatty acid content of depend-ing upon the season and age of a bee under influence of alimentary factors. It was shown that the lipid content of the tissues of nectariferous bees of different age is quite different. The least is the quantity of total lipids at birth because of the larva during the period of metamorphose. The was worked out the method of improvement of wintering and method of early diagnosis of bees nosematos. It was stated that at early stage of the disease af-fected insects consume pollen. Because of the storage of undigested remains in the intestine, affected bees be-come larger in size by 2,6 time compared with healthy insects and total quantity of lipids in excrements is in-creases by 1,4 time.
