Essay

The dissertation is devoted to analysis of structure phase transformations and change of physical - mechanical properties descending in near - surface layers VT-6, VT-22, TiNi subjected to double ion implantation. The implantation of ions N+, N+ and Ni+, Mo+ and W+ changes an elemental composition and microstructure of near-surface layers, results in increase of handness and increase of recovery efficiency of mechanical properties at heating of an elastically deformed material. The features of diffusion process and phase formation in titanium alloys VT-6, VT-22, TiNi subjected to double implantation by heavy ions Mo+ and W+ are analyzed.
