Humeniyk O. Formation and Development of Competitive Environment of the Region's Transportation System

In the paper necessity of competitive environment development in economic system is grounded, multi level method-ology of estimation competitive potential is conducted, proposals for its improvement are made, and methodical peculi-arities of competitive environment evaluation in the regional format are pointed. The paper defines the conceptual parts of the state regulation influence are defined on the basis of constructional elements of competition mechanism, the in-ternational experience of the passengers' transportation is broadly researched, and the most adaptable to the national conditions its parts are defined, the outsourcing model for organization of competitive relations system on the market of passengers' transportation at the region is developed, and the mechanism of their tariff regulation is improved.
