Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to detailed complex study of mixed hen eimeriosis, caused simultaneous invasion of E. mivati, E. nekatrix and E. tenella with use epizootological, clinical, pathological anatomy, histological and morphometrical methods. It is established that disease appears suddenly after preceding salmonellosis or coming of saplings - a carrier of the causative agent. Will installed main clinical signs of mixed hen eimeriosis, caused simultaneous инвазией E. mivati, E. nekatrix that E. tenella, as well as patho-anatomical change, which are localized mainly in the small intestine and in caecum. It is established that typical histological changes include serose-catarrhal or catarrhal-hemorrhagic inflammation of the small intestine and caecum. It is revealed dystrophic changes and destruction of haepatocytes, centres of the necrosis in liver, centres subepithelial oedema and rarefied location of lymphocytes in Fabricium bursa, intensive oedema of stroma, grain dystrophy and full or partial lysis of cells of all types in pancreas, grain dystrophy and destruction of epithelium and serose glomerulitis in kidneys, diffuse edema of stroma and muscular tissue, as well as destruction of a part of muscular cells in myocardium, in brain - diffuse edema of its material, perivascular and pericellular edemas, lyses and basophylia of nervous cells. Is it also described morphology and morphometrical data of the miscellaneous stages of developments of causative agent of the disease in intestine.
