An object is processes of forming and functioning of regional АПК of Ukraine in transformation terms; a purpose is a ground and development of practical recommendations from forming and functioning of regional АПК on the basis of cluster approach; methods – monographic, statistical, settling-structural, normative, economy-mathematical; a novelty is the built aggregated simulation model of agricultural cluster what enables to form the effective mechanism of concordance of interests of participants of integration within the limits of regional АПК with the purpose of providing of his balanced development on long-term basis; results are expansion of theorist of methodical bases of forming and functioning of АПК the address orientation of concrete recommendations for the different levels of management of АПК of Ukraine; it is inculcated in economic practice.
