The thesis is devoted to study of the modern state of the flora of the vascular plants of the national nature Park "Synevir". As a result of this study the annotated list of this flora was evaluated and it includes 890 species. The taxonomic composition of this flora, and the biomorphological, ecological and geographic peculiarities were analyzed. The adventive fraction was examined, and the participation of the rare and endemic taxa. The proposals aiming in the extension of the territory of the NNP "Synevir" and the improving of the structure of the nature-reserve fund of the Region were prepared.
