The thesis deals with theoretical and empiric research of the problem of psychological peculiarities of legal and moral acculturation of modern students. The scientific concept of students' legal and moral acculturation is specified. The notion "legal and moral acculturation" is defined as the process of integration of such values into the individual's value and legal system which are secured by the right and correspond to the moral and legal representations in the society. The influence of the students' value and legal peculiarities on the moral and legal acculturation (depending on age, gender and profession factors) is studied.
