Essay

The object ? mechanisms of influence of mice's immunoglobulins on L1210 cells line, biochemical changes in mouse brain and cells. The aim - to determine changes on molecular and cell levels caused by systematic feeding mice with cattle brain and meat-bone meal, and to elucidate can these changes drive to pathology. Methods -biochemical, immunological, cytological, statistical. Novelty -for the first time it was shown that feeding mice with cattle brain and meat-bone meal had lead to appearance of anti-DNA antibodies, anti- PrPC antibod-ies, tissue specific antibodies witch can promote autoimmune disease. It was shown that immu-noglobulins of mice fed additionally to the ration with cattle brain, cattle brain and meat-bone meal together, meat-bone meal separately had cytotoxic and DNA-hydrolise activity. These iso-lated from mice blood serum antibodies induced death of test-cells via apoptosis and necrosis.
