Gulmamedova M. Optimization of immunodepressive cytotoxic therapy of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

The object of study - patients with lupus, who did not receive and receive a comprehensive treatment of various preparations with immunosuppression cytotoxicity activity; Purpose - to develop the most optimal ways to use preparations with immunosuppression cytotoxicity activity in the complex treatment of patients with lupus; Methods - clinical, instrumental, biochemical, immunological, enzyme immunoassay, physical chemistry, statistical; The novelty of the results - first proved the effectiveness of individual groups of preparations with immunosuppression cytotoxicity activity in patients with lupus with different clinical and laboratory course of pathological process, set the degree of influence of the initial parameters of the immune system, lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection, of middle molecules and physicochemical properties of blood on the continuing effectiveness of different cytotoxic drugs, defined the nature of the dynamics of immune, metabolic and biophysical indicators under the influence of cyclophosphamide, mikofemolata mofitila, of azathioprine, methotrexate, cyclosporine, on the basis of what criteria are developed which allow to evaluate the degree of disease activity, predict the overall effectiveness of pathogenetic therapy and the results of different groups of cytostatics.
