Essay

Dissertation contains results of the research in the field of the dynamical theory of diffraction by imperfect crystals. Expressions for coherent and diffuse components of diffraction image in Laue and Bragg case of diffraction with account for both nearby and distant displacement fields of atoms of the lattice (Huang-Krivoglaz and Stokes-Wilson scattring regions) have been obtained. Analytical integration of diffuse component over vertical divergence has been carried out and effects due to anysotropy of displacement fields caused by discrete orientation of non-spherically symmetrical defects have been researched. A new triple-crystal method of diffuse-dynamical diffractometry has been proposed through which crystals of Si with different degree of lattice distortion have been investigated.
