Purpose - Development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the regional real estate market in current conditions of regional development in Ukraine. Object - the economic processes of formation and functioning of the real estate market at the regional level in Ukraine. The subject - scientific and methodological basis for the formation of real estate markets at the regional level in Ukraine. Methods of research: abstract and theoretical, historical, dialectical, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, formalization, comparison, economic and statistical analysis. Novelty - developed a technique ratings of investment attractiveness of the regional real estate markets; improved: an approach to the study of the real estate market, given the reasons for consumer behavior, the definition of "property"; has received further development: identification of factors affecting the performance of real estate markets, framework for the management of real estate objects, assessment of existing instruments of investment resources, the study of regional features of formation of mortgage lending. Results. Basic research of the thesis provide a basis for analyzing trends in the formation of regional real estate market to develop strategic plans of businesses, local authorities.
