Object: process of forming and realization of regional development strategies. Purpose: the theoretical and methodical background and further development of organizational principles of regional development strategy realization and ground of conceptual model of concordance of interests of regional development subjects, and also clarification of mechanism of action and practical tool of tasks establishments and realization of development priorities. Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, applied methods: comparison and grouping, statistical analysis, strategic analysis. Key functions of subjects-transmitters of economic interests are in forming and realization of regional development strategy are systematized. Improved: approaches to determination and realization of the system of interests of subjects of regional development in the process of strategy realization. Conceptual model of the organizational providing of strategy of regional development, which foresees realization of mechanism of tasks establishments on the basis of the offered tool of concordance of the system of interests of separate subjects regional development.
