Essay

The thesis is devoted to an increasing of universality of image interpretation methods, containing character information, by improving the accuracy and noise immunity of methods of adaptive-structural localization of the character information. In the work the image pattern forming model, which contains the character information, was developed further. The methods of adaptive-structural localization of character information in were developed in the space of wavelet transform. Also there was improved the method of adaptive selection of parameter localization based on analysis of image intensity histograms. Software methods were developed.
