Essay

In this dissertation social abilities are defined as abilities of a person which are developed and become obvious under social and professional activity conditions, and provide efficiency in interpersonal relations. During the research the main factors have become the basis for creation model. This model allowed us to substantiate that there is a correlation between secondary socialization constituents and social abilities components. The results of empiric research of influence secondary socialization on social abilities dynamics is presented and approbation of educational-advancing means of the development and display of personality's social abilities
