The research target object is the process of thermochemical treatment of carbon steel with surface saturation by boron, titanium and aluminum. The aim was to enhance the process of end-to-end carbon steel saturation by boron, titanium and aluminum in order to obtain some kind of new types of downgraded fragility wear-resistant coatings with no read-shearing on the basis of the outer zone structure forming features and its properties depending on the saturation mixture content, sequence and saturation temperature and time parameters during thermochemical treatment in powder mixtures. The researches ware conducted on the basis of the structural phase change theory under diffusion saturation of steels and alloys. These researches had been made by the means of metallographic, durometric and X-ray diffraction methods. Also, the abrasive-resistant and micro fragility tests had been conducted. We use the PC for the purposes of statistical treatment. The outer zone structure forming features under end-to-end carbon steel saturation by boron, titanium and aluminum depending on the saturation mixture content, temperature and duration had been studied for the first time. The views on the mechanism of sequential steel saturation by boron and titanium had been expanded more widely. The read-shearing impact on the state of impact on the diffused layer surfaces preliminary treated by boron, titanium and aluminum had been defined more accurately. The dependency between the outer zone type, obtained by the end-to-end carbon steel saturation by B, Ti and Al, and the abrasive wear character had been defined more precisely. Practical recommendations for hardening of molding form details for details of construction producing had been implemented. The scope of appliance for the results of this research includes the development of production technology for hardening the wide range of products, for example the footwear knives, band knives, caliber gauges and devices working under the conditions of abrasive and abrasive-shock wearing.
