Essay

HPLC method for determination of an incapsulation degree was developed and validate. Method has been applying for determination of the incapsulation's degree in liposomal preparations, which collect antracyclinic antibiotics as active substances. Technology for the liposomal form of the idarubicin hydrochloride by "classical" method was developed and proposed. Experimental samples of four antracyclinic antibiotics: epirubicin hydrochloride, idarubicin hydrochloride, mitoxantrone hydrochloride and doxorubicin hydrochloride were made by chemical gradient technology.
