Demydov O. Scientific-practical basis of the region's favorable investment climate

The matter of the research is a process of the formation of the welcoming region's investment climate in the transformation period. The purpose is a foundation of the methodological and systematical basis of the formation of the welcoming region's investment climate to provide optimal and balanced functioning of its economic system in the transformation period. There were used general scientific and local scientific methods of the research, particularly situational analysis and the method of estimation of average values, systemic method, mathematics and statistical methods to decide of the formulated objectives. The results of the research can be used for development of legislative, prognostic and programmed documents, also for detection of directions of the reformation of the system of investment activity's state adjustment and for investment climate's improvement.
