The author grounds the role of high technologies as of one of the sense-dominants in life of the risk society, the main characteristics of their role are defined (a tendency to total embracement of mankind's and environment's polydimensionality; ambivalent role of high technologies in the existence and development of mankind; systematic and nonlinear inner connections, development, usage an social results of high technologies).On the basis of the contemporary technology development state analysis the author determines the potential vector of humanitarian perspectives of modern man. A special attention is paid to such interdisciplinary direction as transhumanism and to the conception of posthuman.
