The thesis for a scientific degree of Candidate of Sciences on specialty 05.03.06 - welding and related processes and technologies. - National technical university of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Kyiv, 2010. Dissertational job is devoted working out of a method highly effective is ionic - plasma covering of metal films on ceramic powdered materials. In job for the first time there was an investigated metal plasma stream which is generated by a vacuum arch from titanic, aluminium and copper cathodes. By the spent explorations concentration of ions and distribution of an ionic current in metal plasma of the titan of aluminium and cuprum are certain. Technological recommendations which allow to receive the plated powders with high adhesion of a metal cover with a ceramic kernel are developed, therefore can be applied successfully at drawing plasma spray coverings with a complex of the raised physicomechanical properties.
