Essay

New phenomenological approaches for description of strain-induced effects in systems with crystal basis have been proposed. An atomistic approach for calculations of the strain-induced interaction of point defects and static displacements fields in alloy films has been developed. A method for incorporation of the nonanalytic character of the strain-induced interaction in the cluster expansion of the configurational energy of alloys with complex crystal lattice has been developed.
