The thesis for the degree of candidate of sciense in the a speciality 05.09.03 - electrotechnical complexes and systems. - Kremenchuk Mykhaylo Ostrogradskiy State Polytechnic Univecity. In this thesis an actual problem of pumps complexes effective work improvement was solved in the way of using active regulating devices. It was proved that supply effective change of pump device productivity with simultaneous electric energy recuperation into the net. Hydro turbine - the active regulating device main element mathematical description was made as approximate polynomials of technological, energetic and mechanical characteristics at changeable openings of directing apparatus and rotating frequency. The law of frequency control by the active regulating device asynchronous generator frequency converter was determined. Electromechanical complex "pump device - system of parameters active regulating - pipeline net - consumer" including its elements mutual effect was researched. The rational law of hydro turbine aggregate control on the base of worked out algorithm was determined. Method of parameters active regulating and devices for its realization were tested and introduced as recommendations about creating pumps devices parameters automatic regulating systems. Thesis results were introduced into the project for its realization about creating pumps devices of reverse water supply by the product company of "Lidon" and to the studying at Automatic Control Systems and Electric Drive Chair of Kremenchuk State Polytechnic University named after Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi.
