Essay

Object is: process of regions economical development in economical systems with the government of development of national economies. The purpose is: search of ways of acceleration of social and economic development of economically backward areas Peoples Republics of China in working out of the mechanism of optimum growth of their productive forces. Research methods: the regional analysis, in particular a rather-descriptive method, Swot-analysis, clusters the analysis; economic-mathematical modeling. It is improved: theoretical and methodical principles of research of a condition of social and economic development of territories by application of regional diagnostics for definition of factors which constrain development of territories of the Western region Peoples Republic of China in comparison with other regions of the country. Are defined: Approaches to an estimation of possibilities of use of economic models "increasing developments", "transfer of the capital and technologies from area to area", "innovative development" for lifting of productive forces of backward areas which unlike the existing it is carried out rather not national economies as a whole, and in relation to separate regions. It is developed: the organizational-economic mechanism of lifting of productive forces of economically backward territories and tools of its realization which provides consecutive performance of organizational and economic actions on state and regional levels with working out and realization of branch, target and complex programs. Use sphere: regional authorities, higher educational institutions.
