Melnykova O. Organizational and Analytic Support of the Economic Diagnostics of the Activity of Water Supply Utility Plants

Object is: process of carrying out of economic diagnostics for the municipal enterprises of water supply and use of its results. The purpose is: a theoretical and methodical substantiation of organizational and analytical maintenance of economic diagnostics of activity of the municipal enterprises overwater supply as bases overworking out of the program of their improvement. Research methods: the system approach; methods of logical and theoretical generalization, classification and comparative characteristics; economical and mathematical modeling; economical and statistical methods, in particular: supervision, comparison, grouping, the correlation analysis; a program m no-target method. It is improved: an order of carrying out of economic diagnostics of activity of the municipal enterprises overwater supply which unlike existing, considers a stage of previous diagnostics which allows to carry out a choice of improving measures of urgent character and to prove system of indicators. Are defined: Approaches to working out of a diagnostic profile by an establishment of density of communication between values of indicators in directions of economic diagnostics and their association with degree of infringement of a condition of the enterprises which has allowed to create a diagnostic card as means of strengthening of the control over performance of improving measures. It is developed: system of organizational maintenance of economic diagnostics by an establishment of accurate procedure of a choice of functions and problems, executors, terms and control devices for improvement of quality of services of the enterprise. The sphere are: regional authorities, higher educational institutions.
