Thesis for candidate of technical sciences degree in speciality 05.11.05 - Devices and methods of electrical and magnetic quantities measurement. - National university "Lvivska Politechnika", Lviv, 2009. The thesis is dedicated to the methods and means of parameters improvement research of the structure of low frequency channel of eddy current sheet steel constructions thickness meter. Signals of parametric eddy current converter during it interaction to measurable object and their subsequent transformation as well as flicker noise influence decreasing methods in the measurement devices with periodical comparison are analyzed. The structure of thickness meter low frequency channel is proposed based on the analysis. The flicker noise influence is decreased to the value lower than white noise influence in the structure. The appeared in the structure errors are evaluated. The flicker noise source model based on the white noise source model to using in the computer simulation systems is proposed.
