The thesis is devoted to the complex anthropometric, histomechanical and anatomo-clinical research of the proximal radial bone and to the development of modular implant construction of the radial head as well as of the technique and the surgical instruments for its implantation. The clinical approbation of the implant has shown its high performance for the treatment of patients with fractures of radial head.
