Essay

In the thesis proposed and justified approach to solving scientific problems improving the efficiency of localization of the fires in tanks with oil by increasing the accuracy of the mathematical description of these processes and optimization capabilities for cooling burning tanks. The proposed models, methods and algorithms implemented in the form of software that allows visualize heat flow from the tank, which burns, choose positions for the placement of fire barrels, to assess the consequences of certain actions by cooling tank. The software can be used to develop the card as extinguishing fires in oil tanks.
