Makarov M. Forming and development of regional innovative policy

Dissertation is devoted by the question of forming and development of regional innovative policy. Such category as innovative policy has been deeply studied. The features of forming of regional innovative policy has been disclosed and grounded the relationship between innovative and investment policy in the regional development of productive forces. The analytical estimation of the state of innovative potential and innovative activity of the Cherkassy oblast is in-process given. The methodical approaches are developed near the estimation of regional innovative policy, which enable to include all its constituents. Suggestions are developed in relation to the construction of mechanism of realization of regional innovative policy, forming of innovative legislation, innovative infrastructure in a region.
