Object of research: display of interregional distinctions in economic development. The purpose of research: increase of a level of economic development of regions on the basis of theoretical generalization, empirical check and methodical substantiation of means of overcoming of available interregional distinctions. Methods of research: the system approach, logic abstraction, analysis and synthesis, analogy; economic-mathematical modeling; statistical-index, relative and average sizes. Theoretical and practical results: are profound, have found the further development and the scientific-theoretical rules on revealing distinctions in economic development of regions are advanced. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete practical offers and methodical recommendations creating precondition for overcoming interregional distinctions in economic development. Have found practical application and were used by senior Management of economy of Donetsk regional state administration; by management of economy Makeevka of urban advice; Society with Limited Liability "Factory of furniture "Ergotechnologies"; in educational process of the Donbass national academy of construction and architecture Ministry of education and sciences of Ukraine and of Makeevka of economy-humanitarian institute. Scientific novelty: the model of overcoming of distinctions in economic development of regions based on a choice a determinant for definition of priority kinds of economic activity is offered. Are advanced: receptions of a choice of parameters describing a level of concentration of public manufacture, its concentration, based on estimations, or differentiation; the approaches to definition of a degree of developing of territories of regions based on estimations of convergence and divergence of conditions of economic development; Methods of an estimation of durability of economic communications based on observation of the tendencies of integration or disintegration of the interregional relations. Have received the further development: definition of economic development of territory as phases, stage of movement it in time and space; the scientific approach to the theoretical analysis of the available reasons both consequences of occurrence and overcoming of available distinctions in economic development of regions. Is proved парадигма of stimulation of economic development of regions. The features of development of the mechanism of realization of strategy of stimulation of economic development of region are shown.
