Structural, substructural characteristics and chemical composition of ZnTe films depending on the growth conditions; influence of near-surface state and spatial inhomogeneity of ZnTe films along samples thickness, on accuracy of parameters band gap localized states calculation; optical and electrophysical properties of films were investigated. The ZnTe/CdTe heterojunctions were obtained and their structural and electrophysical properties were researched. Growth conditions of structurally perfect ZnTe films; parameters of localized states in band gap; the current-transportation mechanisms through an interface of heterojunctions was defined. Physics of solid states, microelectronics.
