Events with inflammation in an afterbirth, with any infection symptoms in a pregnants, with mother's diabetes mellitus, with isoimmune conflict, with placenta's maldevelopment, with a teras, multiple pregnancy never include to major or control groups. Histology, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, morphometry and statistical manipulation were applied as research techniques. Dissertation contains facts about special features of morphofunctional changes in components of the placenta's peripheral cytotrophoblast in case of iron-deficiency anemia with different degree. These results open the mind and extend our knowledge about pathogenetic principles for develop of pathomorphological changes in placenta's tissue in case of anemia.
