Essay

The Object of study - a process of the interaction of low-energy electromagnetic fields with meteorological parameter of the air in condition of the ice formation. The purpose of dissertational study - an improvement of the control methods for glaze and rime formations (GRF) by the way of introduction electromagnetic device on base of the open resonator of the variable section. The Methods of the studies - a theory of the over-high frequencies technology and electrodynamic; the theory differential and integral calculus; the classical methods of the measurement of amplitude and frequency features of electromagnetic field and statistical theory of the processing result experiment. The results of the study - a possibility of the determination of the ice formation moment on the earliest stages. Novelty - is designed control method for the appearance moment of the GRF, which consists in measurement of power cutting of the electromagnetic field of biconical resonator, placed in the field of transmission lines location. Analytical expressions for calculation of the electromagnetic field in biconical resonator are received, as GRF annunciator. It is advanced mathematical model of the distribution by internal electromagnetic fields in limiting resonator of the variable section, with account of irregularity of the cross-section of the resonator that allows to do the butt end of the resonator opened. There were developed technical recommendations as to the building of the network of notifying automatized meteoposts, which is created in order to prevent accidents over glaze via timely warning of the operating staff about the possibility and fact of GRF appearance. It is incorporated - in OSC "Sumyoblenergo" (Sumy), SC "Kharkivoblenergo" (Kharkiv), as well as in scholastic process of the pulpit of the electric energy transmission of NTU "HPI" in lecture course "System-formation networks" and "Designing line and substation".
