3. The object of study - the formation, operation and regulation of regional markets of fruits and vegetables in Ukraine. Purpose - justification of the theoretical and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations to improve the formation and functioning of regional markets for fresh produce in Ukraine. To solve the tasks was used common scientific and applied research methods, such as situational analysis and the comparison method, the method of determining the average values, systems, mathematical and statistical methods of analysis.The results can be used in development of legislative and regulatory documents, forecast and programmatic.
