It was also demonstrated, that in the vicinity of resonance frequencies can be realized situation, when magnetic permeability and dielectric permittivity are negative simultaneously. It signifies that magnetoactive dusty plasma displays one of the fundamental properties of so called left-handed media, firstly described by V. G. Veselago.
