Essay

Object of researches: process of reproduction of decorative forms of European beech. The purpose of dissertation is development of modern directions and technologies of production of growth material of valuable decorative genotypes of European beech. Research methods: such methods were used in dissertation: taxation, mathematically statistical, tissue culture, vegetative reproduction. Scientific novelty: the new method of grafting, which promotes the percent of reproduction of the probed genotypes of European beech different forms to 86-98 %, was first developed. Technology of mikropropagation, which provides 95-98 % of viable explants, was modified for the decorative forms of the probed kind. First investigational dynamics of piling up of biomass by mericlones of decorative forms of European beech and the optimum term of their initiation phase and time of arcade for rhizogenesis. Certainly prime price and the comparative analysis of financial viability of the use of modern methods of reproduction of the most valuable genotypes of European beech was first conducted. Results: developed by author flowsheets in dissertation for the different methods of vegetative reproduction of plants of decorative forms of European beech, new method of grafting, modified technology of mikropropagation can be used for growing of growth material of economic-valuable genotypes of the probed kind for providing of necessities of garden-park economy. As a result of researches of author developed and inculcated in practical activity of the associated company of LKP "Zeleniy Lviv" of DP "Bondarivka" "Practical recommendations from a maintainance, recreation and use of valuable genotypes of European beech". Industry of the use: forest and garden-park economy.
