Kalnitska M. Upgrading of infrastructure of national and international value in the border region (based on the materials of Tran-scarpathian region)

A theoretical and methodological foundations, state and upgrade the infrastructure of national and international value in the border region are developed. The content of the concept of infrastructure of national and international value in the author's interpretation is disclosed. The necessity of developing the regional government infrastructure of national and international importance for each border region is grounded. The features of the functioning of the infrastructure of national and international importance in the Transcarpathian region are discovered, and outlined specific requirements for it. It is necessary to increace the capacity and to enhance the further development of infrastructure of national and international importance in the Transcarpathian region in connection with the transformation of the western Ukraine's border to the border with the EU and an increasing number of border crossings. An estimation of the new forms of productive forces is carried out, outlined areas of improvement of the legal field, which regulates development and modernization of infrastructure of national and international importance in the Transcarpathian region.
