On the basis of analysis of the treatment result of 85 patients with rheumatoid arthritis with the hip joint lesion whom 118 operations of the total hip joint endoprosthesis have been performed based on clinical and roentgenologic, immunologic and cultural, osteodensitometric and statistic examinations by the way of systematization and retrospective analysis of indices of osteogenic activity of bone marrow stem cells from various parts of the hip joint in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, the differential approach to the choice of the fixation way of endoprosthesis components has been developed.
