Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of raising the efficiency of diagnostics of diseases and injures of periarticulare structures of the shoulder joint when applying the method of electropuncture diagnostics by R.Voll. The author has developed the investigation schemata of patients with diseases and injures of periarticulare structures of the shoulder joint (adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder joint and rotator cuff injures) by means of relevant canals selection and active biologacal points when taking into consideration etheological and patogenetic factors on the basis of the method of electropuncture diagnostics by R.Voll. There has been investigated the exhistance, character (inflamational and degenerative) and level of intensiveness of pathological changes according to the stages suggested by R.Voll. It has been fulfilled a complex investigation of the state of periarticular structures of the shoulder joint when applying the method of electropuncture diagnostics by R.Voll, ultrasound diagnostics, electromiography and distant infrared thermography, with comparative characteristics of the research results being completed. The author has examined the state of vegetative nervous system when applying the methods of electropuncture diagnostics by R.Voll and spectral analyses of a heart rhythm variability, with comparative characteristics of the research results being completed. It has been stated the exhistance of reliability in correlations between the state of periarticular structures of the shoulder joint and organ-system formation that play an important role in the shoulder pathology development. The possibility of patient condition mathemetical modelling has been demonstrated when applying the methods of electropuncture diagnostics by R.Voll together with correlational and system analyses. In order to achieve the objective evaluation of patient treatment effectiveness when applying a target method, the quantity criteria have been elaborated.
