Object of research - a structural basis of change of functions of lungs at the induced anomalies of the immune response. The purpose - to define structural changes in lungs and dysfunction at a HIV-infection /AIDS under the influence of narcotic substances for optimisation of diagnostic and medical treatment. Methods - statistical, bacteriological, histologic, selective hystochemical and immunohystochemical. Novelty - structural conformity of frustration of functions of lungs are systematised at a HIV-infection and diagnostic criteria are allocated; the pathogenetic role of the factors accompanying the use of drugs, in formation of a pathology of lungs is given reason at a HIV--infection /AIDS; for the first time analytical comparisons of structural infringements in bronchopulmonary system are carried out at various anomalies of the immune response - a HIV-infection /AIDS and "Chernobyl AIDS". Results - are formulated recommendations about improvement of medical-diagnostic tactics for minimisation of change of functions of lungs at a HIV-infected of persons; the diagnostic algorithm of defeats of lungs is concretised at VICH/SPID, comprehensible for daily prosectoric work. It is introduced in activity of the Odessa regional pathoanatomical bureau, Institute of a human ecological pathology (Kiev), laboratories endoecology the tehnogenno-induced pathology of Institute sorption and problems endoecology NASc Ukraine (Kiev), and also in educational process of department of pathomorphological of the Odessa state medical university.
