Essay

In the thesis research the problem of methods and models development of capacitive accelerometers for automated simulation and design is investigated. The paper developed a method of measuring acceleration that allows measurements of changes in the frequency of the resonant circuit with minimal changes of capacity and improving the accuracy of the calculations. Method of controlling signal from capacitive microaccellerometer was improved and is different from the existing one by presence of differential amplifier, which allows handling incoming voltage below the hundreds of microvolt.
