The subject of investigation is the processes of socio-economic development of region and him infrastructural providing. The purpose of investigation is the Development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations for improving the banking infrastructure of the socio-economic development of the region and intensification of its influence on the investment process in the region. The methods of research are theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and graphical analysis, systems analysis, economic and mathematical modeling. The practical importance of the obtained results consists in the development of practical recommendations on improving the banking infrastructure to ensure the long-term socio-economic development. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that first it has been reasoned that the credit facility of the banking institutions is closely related to the investment activity and, to a considerable extent, functions within investment ground of the region.
