Essay

A research object is heat and hydrodynamic processes in the elements of fire tube hot water boilers of small power. A research purpose is development of methods and facilities of resours- and energy save in the boilers of small power on traditional and alternative fuels taking into account the technically loading on an environment. A scientific novelty are subsequent development the methods of computation and rise efficiency of fire tube hot water boilers of small power (to 100 kWt); first in the range of Reynolds numbers, characteristic for hot water boilers of small power work, explored new original and known turbulator heat exchange in a round channel and the got quantitative estimation of increase of heat emission; on a difference from the known methods of computation of boilers, thanks to own experimental results, the developed mathematical model of hot water boilers of small power for incineration of traditional and alternative fuels, that first takes into account influencing of set in the fire tube bunch of new original and known turbulators on conformity to the law of heat exchange in a fire tube bunch, intercommunication of heat exchange and aerodynamicss in the conditions of natural traction, terms of tar condensation in the elements of boiler; first, on the basis of experimental and number researches, it is shown, that application of the Normative method of thermal computation of boilers for computations of fire tube hot water boilers of small power (to 100 kWt) legitimate only taking into account the features of furnace constructions of such boilers, modes of flow of gases and entrance region of stabilization of stream in a fire tube bunch; first the used methodology of life cycle assessment (LCA) for determination of fire tube hot water boilers of small power efficiency on traditional and alternative fuels and for development of criteria of estimation of heat exchange turbulators efficiency in the fire tube bunches of boilers. The practical value of the got results consists in that they are a basis for development and perfection boilers of small power on traditional and alternative fuels; the developed method of computation boilers of small power, which takes into account intensification of heat exchange, mode of flow of gases, initial area of stabilization of stream in a fire tube bunch; dissertation job performances are inculcated in the process of creation of pyrolysis boiler ЗАТ "Мотор - Січ" ДП "Лебединський моторобудівний завод"; the results of scientific researches are used for conducting of lecture and practical employments, in the course and diploma planning for preparation of students of speciality 7.090510 "Heat engineering" in VNTU.
