Volevakha S. Social and psychological conditions of development management of communities that suffered from catastrophes

The dissertation research is devoted to elaboration of approaches to the social development management of local communities that suffered from catastrophes and determination of social and psychological conditions of their realization. In the work the basic scientific conceptions of social and psychological consequences of big catastrophes are systematized, management problems, difficulties and drawbacks of social-psychological nature in victim communities are revealed, essence and mechanism of realization of the social development policy in the conditions of catastrophes are defined. The author offered a model of psychological readiness of municipal and regional managers to the social development management of communities that suffered from catastrophes, developed on its basis and approved a program of course "Social development management of local communities that suffered from catastrophes".
