Essay

Theoretical researches of the process of heating metal, which identified: process is dynamic and its management issues can be solved by methods of dynamic optimization. The proposed method is distinctive optimization process of heating metal allowed to reduce specific costs of natural gas, saving 7.3 million UAH year with attachments 257 thousands of UAH at the term of recoupment 2 months.The proposed additional control actions in a change of fuel consumption in recuperative zone furnace, allowed to further reduce natural gas consumption at 10.4%. Algorithm optimization distinctive metal heating process, implementation of which in LPC-1700 MMK the name of Ilicha allowed reduce natural gas consumption at 11.433%.
