The dissertation is devoted to the decision of important task of rheumatology in relation to optimization of diagnostics, prophylaxis and treatment of osteoporosis and its complications in women of different age with rheumatoid arthritis on the basis of study the structurally-functional state of bone and main risk factors of its loss. As a result of implementation of dissertation work on the basis of lead through the clinical-instrumental research certainly main risk factors of bone loss of this contingent of patients. Frequency of osteoporosis is appraised at the women of different age with rheumatoid arthritis. The age peculiarities the state of bone are studied, analyze connection between the features of rheumatoid arthritis and state of bone was performed. The frequency and structure of osteoporotic fractures were analyzed. The features of dynamics of the state of bone are set depending on age. The efficiency and safety of bisphosphonates (pamidronate and alendronate acids) are studied in treatment of osteoporosis and for prophylaxis the bone loss in the different areas of skeleton, diminishing of expressed the vertebral pain syndrome and improvement the quality of life.
