Maksymova L. Clinicopathogenetic value of the trace substances in hair and blood under the chronic rheumatic cardiac disease

A research object is microelement status of patients with chronic rheumatic heart trouble (CRHT) with different heart-diseases; purpose is to set clinical meaningfulness of violations of maintenance of oligoelements in hair and blood of patients with CRHT, to prove the nosotropic value of microelementosis and its influence on the efficiency of medical measures; methods are clinical, electro-physiological, ultrasonic, atomal-absorbtic-spectrometric, biochemical, immunofermental, statistical; novelty and results - the level of essential and toxic oligoelementss is first set in hairs and blood of patients with the different clinical flow of CRHT, the nosotropic role of changes of their concentrations is well-proven in an organism at the defeat of valves, forming of separate vices, violations of rhythm of heart, development of systole and diastole dysfunction of the left ventricle, dependence of disbalance of the lipids and products of their peroxide oxidization, states of antioxidant defence and endothelial function of vessels on microelementosis, and also to efficiency of the use of facilities of nosotropic therapy from initial maintenance of oligoelementss, on the basis of what criteria are selected for the estimation of flow of pathological process and prognostication of efficiency of therapy of disease; it is inculcated in practice of rheumatological department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, in the therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and restoration surgery named after V.K. Gusak AMN Ukraine and Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorkiy, in the Donetsk city clinical hospital 20, Donetsk center "Biotic medicine", and also in the pedagogical process of the Donetsk national medical university named after M.Gorkiy; a sphere of the use is a treatment and diagnostic process of rheumatologic, cardiologic, therapeutic departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic departments of medical educational establishments.
